How do I join a lodge?
Open the app, tap "Join a Lodge" and enter the join code provided by your lodge administrator.
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You will receive a 6-digit reset code.
What is the Avatar purchase?
A one-time €0.99 purchase that allows you to upload a custom profile photo. It is not a subscription and never expires.
What is the Add Lodge purchase?
A one-time €9.99 purchase per additional lodge. Your first lodge is always free. This allows you to manage multiple lodges from a single account.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account inside the app. This will permanently remove your data.
