Lodge.Center is a private lodge management platform operated by Noventislab LTD (71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We respect your privacy and never sell your personal data.

Information We Collect

• Account information: your name, email address, and an encrypted password.
• Lodge data: your lodge membership, role, and content you create such as announcements, events, documents, and meeting responses.
• Profile photo: only if you choose to purchase and upload one (optional).
• Device data: a push notification token so we can deliver notifications, and basic login records (date and IP address) used for account security.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide and secure the service: to authenticate you, display your lodge content, send notifications you have enabled, and protect your account against unauthorized access.

Purchases

All purchases (the optional Profile Photo and Add Lodge items) are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details. We receive only the purchase status, through our payment provider RevenueCat, needed to unlock the feature you bought.

Third Parties We Work With

• Apple processes in-app purchases through the App Store.
• RevenueCat manages purchase entitlements.
• Hetzner hosts our servers within the European Union.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone, and we do not use it for advertising.

Data Retention and Deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and associated personal data at any time from Settings, then Account, then Delete Account inside the app, or by emailing us.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and passwords are stored using one-way hashing. While no system can be guaranteed completely secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Children

Lodge.Center is intended for adult members of Masonic lodges and is not directed to children under 16.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the date shown at the top of this page.
